Save me from a lot of trouble

Installed software on the Mac. When you start it, it just shows a screen fro about 1 second then quits unexpectedly.

I liked how well this product works, but the plastic casing broke off of mine and now its hard to pull it out of my PC and then plug it back in.

Love this .. does exactly what I need. I have read reviews on this product and was not sure if this would deliver. However, you are able to customize the programming in the device to your wants and it has worked flawlessly.
