With everyone working from home, your customers and coworkers need to know youre available when they need you. If youre like me, you may have a corporate policy set on your computer that marks you as inactive if youre not sitting right there doing things. Mine is set very low, making my computer go to sleep after about 5 - 10 minutes. This device works and is detected by the computer as an external USB mouse. So if you are able to use a USB mouse, you can use this device. This helps a lot if you have coworkers, customers, or management that have alerts set for availability and helps keep your computer from going to sleep due to certain policies set by your business. Overall a very well designed product that works exactly as it says.

The product works as directed but less than a month in mine fell apart rendering it useless.

Works great on the company laptop and prevents the laptop from going to power save mode. No driver installation!

Very handy for loaned equipment that you cant modify the settings on, but need to stay awake. No problems with compatibility on multiple systems.

I have a problem with my laptop going to sleep while I step away from my desk. Yes, I could change the settings, but having this plugged in allows me to leave the laptop with the knowledge of knowing that if Ive left it chugging away on some task, the task wont be interrupted by sleep mode.
