Greater than one weekIt works well if you follow the instructions and dont put it on too thick at once. Several thin layers, allowing the previous one to fully dry/cure between applications and it will be very durable. The water clean up is a nice labor saver and you can adjust the color easily if done before applying it.

> 3 dayI have been using this wood filler for several years. We completely gutted the house we bought. Redid the inside from the studs out. This has worked extremely well when finishing the trim work. Also, have used the natural color to finish Natural Cedar walls we put in. It does shrink a small bit when it has dried, so I usually apply a second and rarely a third application before applying the finish seal on the wood. If I’m not happy with the color blend after the wood filler has dried, I used a colored pencil to touch up the wood filler to match before sealing.

> 3 dayI needed to fill a fairly large hole (~2x2x1) that the previous homeowner had made in the wall of a wood shed in the back yard. I followed the directions, erring on the side of caution by letting it dry for a little over two days. When I drilled starter holes into the DAP, I was very pleased with the strength the substance provided - it seems like it is as strong as the wood that I filled in. Ive lost track of how many times Ive purchased DAP products but their record is AOK since they have never once let me down.

> 3 dayThe filler easily comes out of the tube in a good consistency for filling wood holes, cleans up easily, and dries hard. I wish it would come in a wider variety of colors.

> 3 dayI used it for sealing cracks around window framing and trim instead of caulk since some of the cracks were larger. Easy to use similar to caulk but I would recommend an end roller as it is thicker and it dries very fast! Perfect for small wood type repairs as it dries hard and you can sand it lightly and paint right over! Great for holes and divots too!
