> 3 dayI needed to fill a fairly large hole (~2x2x1) that the previous homeowner had made in the wall of a wood shed in the back yard. I followed the directions, erring on the side of caution by letting it dry for a little over two days. When I drilled starter holes into the DAP, I was very pleased with the strength the substance provided - it seems like it is as strong as the wood that I filled in. Ive lost track of how many times Ive purchased DAP products but their record is AOK since they have never once let me down.

> 3 dayI print a lot of props with FDM printers and hate: 1) layer lines and 2) sanding PLA. This takes care of both of those problems. I smear this on a print, then wait for it to dry and sand it down level to the very top of the layer lines. After priming and painting, youd never know the object was 3D printed and this stuff sands SO much more easily than PLA.

13-06-2025This was just what I needed to fill in small defects in my rustic wood topped kitchen table. The repair with colored pencils, when dry, is not even noticeable.

Greater than one weekI used it for sealing cracks around window framing and trim instead of caulk since some of the cracks were larger. Easy to use similar to caulk but I would recommend an end roller as it is thicker and it dries very fast! Perfect for small wood type repairs as it dries hard and you can sand it lightly and paint right over! Great for holes and divots too!

> 3 dayGotta give a dap to this company. I love to save time on sanding by avoiding fillers that become way too hard after fully cured. DAP SAVES TIME From the product shown above to the $1.15 tube of caulking that I use for most houses we paint for a living

> 3 dayI wanted to paint a section of panelling on my wall that had some damage to it. There were damaged places in a variety of sizes and depths. This wood filler went on easily, dried quickly, and was easy to sand to a very smooth surface. The paint covered in 2 coats and I cannot tell where I used the filler. I would definitely rate this an excellent product.

> 3 daySuper easy to work with. Dries matter. Cleans up easily with water, even after it dries (needs to be sealed. Is not waterproof). I used this to fill small gaps in my self-installed bathroom flooring. (I said I did it. I didn’t say I did it WELL.) Worked great and saved me the trouble of having to try to fit minuscule scrap pieces into the gaps. Sealed with clear matte waterproof glue.

> 3 dayIn general this is a good product. It’s easy to use, dries fast, and sands easily for a smooth finish. However it is not white. More like light gray. Took several coats of white paint on my trim to cover up. It certainly is better that natural wood putty color.

> 3 dayThis stuff is amazing. I had cracks and deep scratches in a white wooden bunk bed, along with a couple stripped out screw holes I had to re-drill in another spot. I didn’t want to repaint the whole thing so I decided to give this a try. I’ve never refinished furniture before, but it worked like a charm. I even used it to fix a broken piece of wood on a bar stool and painted over it. Super easy to use.
