DAP 00585 Latex 6oz, White All Purpose Plastic Wood Filler, 6 Oz

Loved how easy this was to apply. I filled every crack and sealed every broken drawer in under twenty minutes. Far superior to the little buckets. Im hoping itll be more resistant to dehydration too, but only time will tell.

Super easy to work with. Dries matter. Cleans up easily with water, even after it dries (needs to be sealed. Is not waterproof). I used this to fill small gaps in my self-installed bathroom flooring. (I said I did it. I didn’t say I did it WELL.) Worked great and saved me the trouble of having to try to fit minuscule scrap pieces into the gaps. Sealed with clear matte waterproof glue.

Its very useful. I use it to patch windows. Its very hard. It’s just that this amount is not enough, I will buy a large amount next time.

I wanted to paint a section of panelling on my wall that had some damage to it. There were damaged places in a variety of sizes and depths. This wood filler went on easily, dried quickly, and was easy to sand to a very smooth surface. The paint covered in 2 coats and I cannot tell where I used the filler. I would definitely rate this an excellent product.

I must have gotten a really old one because I’ve used the product before and it was great. This one was so dry and with me standing on the bottle, I could only get small amounts of dry rub out. Also, I can’t return it even though it’s prime…

In laws visiting and I needed to fix a few chips on a table, dresser, and chair. I didnt have the time to go to the hardware store, and I was concerned about the ETA when ordering online. Got my product in less than 24hrs, works like magic!

I print a lot of props with FDM printers and hate: 1) layer lines and 2) sanding PLA. This takes care of both of those problems. I smear this on a print, then wait for it to dry and sand it down level to the very top of the layer lines. After priming and painting, youd never know the object was 3D printed and this stuff sands SO much more easily than PLA.

After reading the negative reviews I felt pretty good about buying this. I was not planning to feed it to my pregnant wife, nor leave it open to dry out. I would recommend having gloves on and to follow all of the directions on the tube. Ive placed it on several areas outside the house with wood damage and have painted over it in past week. Things look to be doing well with this product and I would consider buying it again. No visible degradation has happened so far with inches of hard hitting rain and temperatures over 90 with direct sun exposure for hours. There is not much in this tube so it is a bit of an expensive fix should you have a larger project that needs to be done. Definitely better than the stuff I have used in past at Lowes.

This stuff is fabulous. Covers well, molds well, and gives you time to blend and make your repair just right. When dry, it sands and stains easily. Best Ive used.
