My brother and his wife recently loss their baby (dog) after a fight with cancer. This along with a card made them very happy of course sad but I think it was a great item

I was happy to recieve this in a timely manner but when I opened the box, the white lettering on the frame was smudged. Only about two letters in two different words were smudged and faded but it was enough to ruin the aesthetic of this meaningful frame. The flaw is minor but Im scared if I try fixing it with some paint, I will make it look worse. It is a beautiful and good quality frame, but I will probably return for a new one and hope it comes out better than the last.

This frame is exactly as shown in the picture, we recently lost our oldest dog and it was the perfect sentiment to have hanging in the living room area honoring her & seeing her picture each day. Highly recommend!
