I was happy to recieve this in a timely manner but when I opened the box, the white lettering on the frame was smudged. Only about two letters in two different words were smudged and faded but it was enough to ruin the aesthetic of this meaningful frame. The flaw is minor but Im scared if I try fixing it with some paint, I will make it look worse. It is a beautiful and good quality frame, but I will probably return for a new one and hope it comes out better than the last.

My grandma had just put her dog to rest after 14 long years. She was devastated and I wanted to do something for her. This was perfect, she got to pick out her own picture for the frame and it came in perfect condition!

The grammar is ghetto. Doesn’t make any sense. There’s a period where there should be a comma. Random capital letters. I wish I returned but I had already put the picture in for my husband. It’s embarrassing that it looks bad.
