Unfortunately the item was received with two of the nails missing which made the strings very loose. The missing nails were found in the packaging; however, when giving a gift for this occasion and having it shipped directly to the owners of the pet, it was not necessarily a good moment. She was able to fix it on her own but shouldn’t have had to. Other than that, they love it and have said it is a beautiful way to remember their fur baby

The grammar is ghetto. Doesn’t make any sense. There’s a period where there should be a comma. Random capital letters. I wish I returned but I had already put the picture in for my husband. It’s embarrassing that it looks bad.
