Purchased 4 sets of 24/20 for transcontinental and international travels. These are gorgeous. They have smooth wheels. I really like the fact that both sides of the suitcase have liners with zippers to keep things in place.

The durability, construction, and maneuverability make this the absolute best valise for traveling. I only wish I had discovered this item sooner, it beats all the suitcases I own. Nice added touch is that 3 bags are enclosed for toiletries etc. GET THIS VALISE!! you wont regret the purchase

This was personally my favorite piece of carry-on luggage. I enjoyed how both sides have separate zippered doors. The wheels are also among the smoothest on both hard and soft (carpet) flooring. Also had no issues with the TSA lock or the handles. I would easily recommend LEVEL8 luggage!

I bought this bag for a weekend trip to California. This bag was Gate Checked one time underneat the plane and the zipper handle into the locking mechanism broke. I was really excited to have this Level 8 but i feel a less expensive item would hold up better. Buyer Beware... :(

Everything came! The packing cubes also came, I just had to open one of the pockets inside the suitcase and it was there! Suitcase came well protected in two sturdy boxes (Amazon box and brand box) as well as covered in a soft bag to help prevent scratches. It has instructions on how to reset the TSA lock. Perfect so far. I went online to see reviews abt this company and many say it’s pretty good. I will be taking it internationally so I’ll edit my review when I come back!

--LIGHTWEIGHT: So much so that

I have had this bag now for almost two years. First off let me say this is the best carryon bag I have had in three decades of using carryons. The style, fit, finish, function, and feel all are really great. Super functional, rolls like a dream and super durable. I normally do not review a lot of products unless there is a reason to. I felt I had to stand up for this company. I was forced to check this bag on a flight from Asia back home. It was snowy and cold out and I changed planes so I think my bag might of sat out in the freezing weather and then was treated bad and it broke. One of the sides had a big crack in it. I had this thing for over a hear and a half so I was not too hopeful but I read the reviews to see and many said they would not fix issues but I figured what the heck Ill ask. I sent in pictures and described what happened and without anything more they said ok, new bag coming your way. Less than a week later I had my new bag ready to go on the next trip. I say this often but I truly mean it. You really find out about a friend, coworker or company not by the good things but when things go wrong. I can tell you they really stepped up without any resistance or pushback just simply asking. Huge shout out to Level8 for that. They have become my bag of choice from here on out. Great Company, Great Product!!!!

I wanted the light blue, but it would not have been delivered in time for my trip. The wheels are super quiet and moves flawlessly. I never knew how much this matters until I have it. Its like a Tesla how smooth it handles. The color was also very beautiful irl, and I got many compliments on it. One thing to note is that bc it is matte, any scratches will show. There were a few faint scratches even though I was very careful with it.

It cracked after 1 few months and 2 uses. I must have knocked it but its a suit case. Now there is a 4 inch crack, i dont really think I can use it anymore.
