> 3 dayThe biggest issue with this case is that the walls are thin and there is no padding on the inside of the case if you are transporting Ridgid items or other things prone to breaking on physical shock, you will need to wrap it in clothes and make sure to put thick clothing on the exterior facing sides of the case. However the straps pockets and compartments in the case are well thought out and easy to use. the roller wheels move well out of the box, the carrying handles seem sturdy enough. The zipper and locking mechanism is reasonably tough however you will have to unzip it entirely to open the case. It would have been nice if there was a secondary exterior compartment for smaller items or if padding could be added to the case. I will amend my review if they should break under regular use.

08-06-2025For as expensive as this was it should last longer than 6 months and not crack just from coming down baggage claim rack. Disappointing. Also can’t find anywhere on Amazon to get a link or number for the company to talk about a replacement or return.

I contacted level 8 since they claimed that the luggage has life time warranty with all the necessary proof.Their answer was sorry we cant do anything only the amazon team. After a week and 9 email to them I had no help from them. I had to call amazon and ship it back to get my refund. It is not true what the company claims. They do not have a warranty
