Purchased 4 sets of 24/20 for transcontinental and international travels. These are gorgeous. They have smooth wheels. I really like the fact that both sides of the suitcase have liners with zippers to keep things in place.

Easy to carry, pack your things and move it Around, but they dont last long, Easy to break and scracth.

Will recommend to anyone who needs sturdy and cute luggage.

Only used once, it has damage on it..I will update pic tmr morning…but it is very nice design…really like the looks…but it is not very sturdiness.

Checked in twice and this luggage has scratch’s that won’t wash off. The zipper is holding up well and the lock works just fine. This luggage is scratch resistant as long as you do not check it in, but it’s not a carry on so checkin is a must. Taking another trip in about 6 weeks. We’ll see about additional scratches that show up at the baggage claim.

I travel a significant amount for work, so I tried to find something organized, yet clean looking with a matching backpack set. It looks great, feels great, everything is fantastic about this suitcase until it gets used. Most often I am able to secure overhead space for my bag, but every so often at smaller cities, they check all bags. After one checked flight, it looked like this bag was thrown into NYC traffic. I understand scuffs and all that, but actual dents/punctures into the plastic was pretty disappointing. If it never needed to be checked, I would buy it a hundred times over. I have been able to pack 10 days worth of clothing items in it with no issue.

The handle broke after one flight. I contacted level 8 since they claimed that the luggage has life time warranty with all the necessary proof.Their answer was sorry we cant do anything only the amazon team. After a week and 9 email to them I had no help from them. I had to call amazon and ship it back to get my refund. It is not true what the company claims. They do not have a warranty

Travel weekly and this is holding up well. I like that it comes with packing cubes and that each side of the case zips closed. Rolls easily and has stood up to tough handling when checkered. I am happy with my purchase.

This bag very well made and light. I was torn between this and away. I’m glad I went with this. Very well balanced and maneuverable. It glides on all surfaces. Has lots of room inside for 7-8 day trip. The value and quality I have a new customer for life.
