Tried to follow the directions but had trouble following step by step on a Gateway. Contacted support and got a quick response and great help. You are a life savior! I hadnt used my computer since school had shut down and couldnt remember the pass word. I had tried everything. Thank You!

I just inserted, reset my computer and hit settings to load from dvd and BOOM. Thank you! dang pc had been sitting here for 8 months almost unusable and in 5 minutes i am back in business

Worked great. Had a locked Toshiba laptop and i was in it within minutes!!!

I was unable to use this program.

Received disk a day earlier than expected, slightly confusing but only took 20 mins to get into the computer I had been locked out of for weeks!

Luckily I had done a lot of troubleshooting before I ordered the CD to reset my password and was somewhat familiar with the process from on-line You Tube videos. The instructions that came with the CD were not only repetitive, but left out all of the finishing steps. There were about three more steps after resetting the password that were not included in the directions. I was amazed it worked in the end. If you improve your directions (half of a torn piece of paper) - youd have a better product and experience for the end-user.

This was the wrong cd it is not compatible to a Panasonic tough book need to return it

All I did is follow the directions I unlocked the password in a 2015 HP laptop in under 15 minutes I couldnt believe how easy it was thanks

This CD did not work for me I followed the printed instructions but after 5 reboots Im at a lost so as a last resort Ill have to notify the seller to resolve any issues. Understanding that most systems are a little bit different there may be a something in the boot system that I dont understand (but when I re-boot with the CD installed) it doesnt do so.
