I purchased this disk in January 2020 and only now having the time see if it works two months later. Wow, it worked. The instructions can be difficult if you’re not familiar computers however if you read it carefully it all becomes clear. I’m very impressed and happy that I saved tons of money by trusting this product.

Easy to use.

I have not use my laptop for a year. Forgot password. I was going to go to geek squad but checked Amazon first and found this sweet little recovery disk. It took me only twenty minutes. Great product.

If you follow the step-by-steps instructions that come with this product, it works really well. It took me a couple of tries to do it but I was able to recover my password. This does work - you just need to be patient when following the instructions to allow your computer to keep up with the commands. But it worked and I recommend this product.

Unlocked my laptop after l couldnt remember my password.

This is an eraser, not a recoverer or a resetter, but that simply means that youll have to enter a new passsword once youve erased the old one.

Bought a cheap desktop with a password on it and this basically solved that problem. Kinda wish I knew about this product before I wiped the data from an other computer of mine because of the same issue.
