Love this stuff. Use it on my leather sofa and it took all but the most stubborn stains. No residue or smell left behind that I can tell.

In combination with Feiblings Mink Oil Paste, it cleans and weatherproofs leather like nothing else. Great price, fast service, and works like a charm. Buy it, use it, and you will be satisfied (unless you are just one of those over-dramatic whiners that want to down everything.

but I cant make it lather like the directions say you should. Poor packaging had this arrive with the lid off, and I think that caused it to dry out. Product pulled away from the sides as a result, and I wonder if thats why it wouldnt lather. Cleaned my white purse anyway, so 4 stars.

Product works great, the tin can it comes in had a pretty good size dent in the side, just hope it doesnt dry out ,and the can still seals

If you have any leather of high dollar or something soft and higher quality, be very careful. Used a very light amount on my Justin boots and my father in laws boots, both ruined. Mine, I just used a small amount, lathered it up and cleaned where the welt and stitching is. It stripped any and all dirt, as well as the patina and actual leather color stain. It left the lower part of the boot where it meets the welt essentially stripped and dry looking. My boots are a medium brown with soft leather and a bit of a shine from taking care of them, conditioning them and bushing them regularly. I tried to re condition and polish them back up, nope. Just looks like I dipped the lower portion of the boot in paint remover or something . My father in laws boots were worse, they were a darker brown ariat and it’s initially looked like when it was being cleaned it was super dirty on the rag. But nope, it was just sucking the leather stain right from the boot.
