I don’t have a saddle but I do have lots of leather around and this saddle soap does the job. Great and not expensive.

Very pleased with the saddle soap, Id already cleaned the used saddle that we purchased for my daughters first pony. It smelled musty, and mildewy as if itd been in someones damp basement for years. I later read that I needed to use something to kill the bacteria and thoroughly clean it with saddle soap, then condition the leather. The amount of dirt that came out when using this product truly amazed me.
