Two months ago, I had an anterior intervertebral fusion at 2 levels in the lumbar area of my spine. The medical grade back brace that I was provided when I left the hospital was necessary for my initial healing, but for continued support in the months ahead, I wanted to find a back brace that I could wear underneath my clothing that would provide strong support. The Geno back brace is just what I needed. I am an active hiker and was getting a very tired back after a four mile hike twice a week. With the brace, I no longer am tired. I take it off when I get home and feel good with no pain. It is easy to use and gives a comfortable support. I recommend it for back support if you want help with back fatigue.

This is actually being used as a large prop harness for a cosplay and it works PERFECT, while providing superior support!

I like the additional Velcro adjustments. And it can be discreetly worn under a T-shirt. It is not too comfortable when against the skin, so I have an undershirt that I wear underneath the brace. First time I wore it after pulling secondary belts on, back popped! It’s not painful one, feeling like nicely re aligned. This brings the upper body up and having support on lower back reducing the pain there. I love this product with the quality and the affordable price !

I am 5 feet and weigh 110 pounds. This back brace fits perfectly. Way too often accommodating small women is overlooked. At first I felt the brace did not come far enough down to support disks L5 and S1. However, after readjusting and moving it down to the needed area, it worked. I would highly recommend this brace.
