The back brace is large enough to not slide around when moving and bending which is the reason why I got this brace. The copperfit one I got before this one kept sliding up and would not stay in place. There are four metal inserts that are removable, as you can see in the attached photo, that provide good support. You do not want to leave it on all the time though as it will make your muscles weaker (this applies to all back braces) only wear it for when you need extra support like lifting things. It also will get a bit sweaty if you wear it long enough or if its hot obviously. This brace was the most comfortable of the three I purchased and I recommend it.

I purchased this back brace for my husband and this is his review: I live in the mountains at 9,800 elevation and we heat with a wood stove so I cut, split and stack around 9-12 cords of firewood each year. I have tried several other back braces but they all weaken and lose their support after a while. This brace has more substance in the material and gives good support. I can wear it over my clothes or under and due to my age I still have low back pain but this brace gives support that makes my work more comfortable. Good price and good support. I purchased the Fit Geno Back Brace to help me support my back while laying sod. I hoped it would be of benefit. Boy was it! We laid 400sq ft of sod and my back survived the ordeal. Id highly recommend it!!

I am very happy with this brace. It is a big improvement over my old one. I is easy to adjust and very comfortable! After my back surgery I came home from the hospital with a back brace. I had to wear it for several months. This Fit Geno brace works perfectly if I overdo things. It is light and comfortable enough to wear even when playing golf! I highly recommend this brace.

My 71 husband has had a bad back forever and has tried everything. A friend recommended this to him and it has really helped to relieve the pain. Hes gone to a Chiropractor, had maasages, gone to a pain management doctor, has red light laser therapy and what is really helping him is this brace! Bought this for my dad who has back issues. He used it on a recent trip to Europe on his long flight and excursions, and told me that his back was just fine. Its easy to put on on the air holes in the material kept his back cool.

This brace because its comfortable and long enough vertically to give my back full support. I use it when sitting on my yoga ball chair to help me sit more straight up and down. It helped quite a bit. The side straps to tighten are very nice and easy to use and will tighten the belt quite a it without a lot of extra effort. A few others I tried were not very comfortable but this one was. I would recommend it.

This product provides the much welcomed support for my back. Not only support but it is very very comfortable, easy to put on and adjust as well as taking it off as well. I am very pleased and happy with the product. I do a lot of outside work in the yard and the added support is essential. The size of the belt is wider than most and that is a great thing as it supports more of the back where needed. I am very happy with the product...

I am recovering from a fractured spine and need additional back support to do the things I need or want to. I have put the Gino Back Brace through rigorous use while working in the yard, operating a tractor, riding motorcycles, hiking and working on machinery around our property. It provides excellent support while not uncomfortable to wear. This brace stays in place and can be easily adjusted on the fly. It appears to be holding up well and I would highly recommend this brace to anyone suffering from lower back pain.
