Fix-It Utilities Professional

Could not get it to install (my computer expertise goes back to the mid-70s when we only had punch cards!). I did not buy this program from Amazon, but from Best Buy, so as to verify that it had an install disk. I made it through multiple attempts to install, with each aborting with different reasons, such as bad email address (nope), etc.

does a pretty good job. I was using the xp version and never replaced it, using other products got frustrated and went back to something I was familiar with.

No way to get active technical support. No response to numerous tech support inquires. If this program has a problem and it causes your computers to malfunction all you can do is delete it. No tech support what so ever. Stay away from this program.

Did not like because, I downloaded product and it locked up my computer. It was nearly two weeks before I could get back on line. I wasnt allowed to activate fix it, therefore I did not have access to my computer. I had to pay a tech to delete the program in which cost me more than the program itself and my internet service came back instantly. I dont know what was wrong with the program, but when I had windows 7 I used it. When I bought my new dell it was a nightmare. I believe I should be reimbursed for the clitched program but I know it wont happen.

Immediately after purchasing a 2 year subscription, I started receiving pop up ads from VCOM (Fix it Utilities) to purchase an additional year or to buy the Driver Repair product for 9.99. Pop up ads right and left after that. You have to grant it the okay to change your computer when you open the program, otherwise it is useless. You dont find this out until after they have your money. Apparently, it loads its own malware. The pop ups are driving me crazy. Tried calling the customer service number and it is just a recording and no one ever picks up. I am about to throw in the towel and purchase something else. Just hope I can get this removed from my PC, including the pop up ads. I bet I still get the pop ups after uninstalling the lousy software.

DO NOT BUY THIS IT IS A RIP OFF!!!!!!! Said it was version 14 I got version 12 in the box and it will not work correctly with windows 7 64 bit

Fixit will do nothing until you enter your license key. The license key on the FIX It envelope is useless.

Never could get this to work. contacted tech support twice they only contacted me back once they said firewall and anti virus was no longer included even though it was listed in the description of the product

I have been a loyal Fix-It Utilities customer for over eight years. A few times during the years I have used Fix-It Utilities, I have run into a problem or two. Every time I have contacted the Technical Support Team, they have always been courteous, patient and most of all helpful in helping me to resolve whatever problem I was having. I will continue to be a loyal Fix-It Utilities customer for years to come.

That software didnt work in Window 10 Pro. It was a waist if costing.
