Good tool to have and use.

Tried checking resistance on thermistors on a minisplit and couldn’t get any readings, used my megometer and could get readings fine. This was failure on my part to do research but really figured for that price point it should be able to read that high of resistance. Other than this, great quality meter. Not my first choice for hvac work though.

Love the meter. Fast,accurate and durable. The case is too small for leaving the leads plugged in and pocket of too small for thermal probe once of of factory pack. Bought a Klein case for my fluke. I expected more for the money. Why scrimp there?

Finally after years broke down and got a fluke. Im very happy I did and dont know why it took me so long to get one. Well worth the money

Just bought this Fluke 324...looked around for about a month and did research on other meters. Talked to other tech to see what they use and out of 12 guys I work with 9 of them had the 324. Ive used it a few times already and love it. I do a lot of HVAC work and appliance work. Ive been it the repair business for about 25 years now and dont know why Ive never bought one sooner. No more hardware store specials for me. The money Ive spent on lesser meters I could have bought 3 of these. It does everything a HVAC or Maintenance Tech would need. Also it does check capacitors. Thats one thing I didnt see to many reviews saying on meters. Just FYI if thats what you need in a meter. Good Luck on your buy.

I am an electrician and use this at work very happy with it, I also raise and hatch quail and chickens. I use the thermometer to fine tune and check the temps in my incubators.
