A top of the line brand, unit works great, However the case should be about a inch longer, unit will not fit the case with the leads attached

I am learning how to be an electrician so I was told that this is an excellent multi meter to have.

I lost my old tester that was similar. only the leads connected at the bottom face surface which is much better, as I cannot keep the leads connected AND fit back in the case with the connection at the bottom.

I have gone through 3 field piece stick meters in 4 years. 2 33s and now a 36. I kept buying them because i have a few attachments that wont work with out one. So when i bought my last 36 i bought one of these to keep in my bag. I figured it was worth it if i beat this one up and broke it. It was half the price of the 36. Now i wont use the field piece . This meter reads caps instantly. This meter will actually register starting amps. This meter will not show false voltage readings. I keep it in a side pouch and it gets bang up still works like a champ.
