Fluke AC173 Bucktooth Alligator Clip Set

Fluke comes through with another great idea and quality. These are great for clamping onto something for testing. A bit pricey for what they are but in the end, worth it.

Overpriced for basically 2 alligator clips, but better than the knock offs.

They are Fluke-ing great to have!

They fit snuggly over the leads and are threaded for the TL175 leads I will purchase later on.

The AC173 Extended Tooth Alligator Clips are ok. The build quality is good but they only have two teeth on the top and bottom on the very tip, no teeth on the sides like the AC175 THREADED Alligator Clip. On the end of these clips are a female banana-clip, you will need test leads with a male banana-clip end like the TL224 or TL221 test leads.

Theyre great for testing electric components on equipment at work when its not safe to be next to running equipment.

I use these for automotive testing using Fluke leads and either a multimeter or Vantage Pro. Way easier than using T-pins and back probing. Can use two of these at one time for even faster results at remote locations (one on ground). Only drawback is how expensive they are.
