> 24 hourSo I ordered this and for one reason or another it took 18 months to find the time to install it. Started off slow because my old gate latch was mounted on the top rail and had to be removed. Then had to put new latches on that mounted on the side rail uprights. Total time to install just the Gorilla lift kit was under an hour. Now it is so easy to lift the gate I can not believe it took me so long to get it done. Strongly recommend this product

> 24 hourI mounted the spring housings on a trailer with round tubing rails. It was probably a little more difficult than on a trailer with flat top angle rails. It worked out just fine, looks good and works as advertised. I’m very happy with the results!

> 24 hourFairly easy to install. Springs were much stronger than I thought they would be. I was worried our ramp would be a little to heavy, but it was plenty. We even had to tone it down to just 1 spring, because it was actually too much tension.

> 24 hourWorth every penny. After hours of yard work trailer gate gets heavy. With this lift I can easily flip up the gate with my foot. Should have added a long time ago. You will need a good Drill and Drill Bits. .500” holes take some work. 10 total holes.
