> 3 dayReally good gu. Helpful on long runs. I used to just use during races, then decided to try on long training runs, after a run where I totally hit the wall. I feel so much more energy during run, and less depleted at the end. I take one before I start, and another after about 45 minutes if Im going to run for at least another half hour. Id like to get another flavor without caffeine for evening runs, but these have been great. Just use with care - you get it on your hands mid run, your are going to be a sticky mess :-)

Greater than one weekThe ease of use and the results within a few minutes keep me using these gels. I ride bicycles hard (20+ Mph) for 2-3 hours at a time. These gels help a quick recovery during the ride.

Greater than one weekThe flavor is the best out of all others. I bought the variety pack and this was my favorite. The only problem is that the consistency is very thick. This causes me to drink more water than normal.

Greater than one weekOne is enough on an empty stomach for a quick 30min circuit. Obviously results may vary, but the gel is fast acting and tastes great with just enough caffeine to give you a boost at 5am when slamming a pre workout just doesnt sound appealing.

> 3 daySome say that the consistensy is a bit offputting but overall the flavors taste good. I have one a little bit over halfway through my long run and drink it down with some water. It provides energy and a boost of caffeine to keep me going!

> 3 dayThis stuff is fantastic. Tastes great. Easy to ingest. Gives almost instant and sustained energy. Not too much caffeine. Theres no sugar rush - the impact seems to last a good 30 - 45 minutes, depending on the level of exertion. I didnt ever get the jitters. I would alternate one of these and the Gu Endurance Energy Drink and water. This was my first, but definitely not the last time using these. I used these on a 500-mile ride over 7 days. I tried to stay ahead of the bonk. I didnt want to overdo it. But as soon as I felt my power level drop or a knew there was a big hill, I would tear one of these open and squeeze it into my mouth. It tastes delicious - like a dessert or a liquid candybar. It would take 5 to 10 minutes to kick in. But when it did BAM! My riding partners could notice the impact. When I would sprint to the front of the paceline, theyd say He must have had another Gu. YES, I DID! LETS GOOOOO! I also used the Gu Roctane Endurance Energy Drink (both with and without caffeine), Gu stroopwafels, and the Gu Roctane Protein Recovery. Its all that I would consume until dinner. This combo was enough to sustain me every day when riding and left me feeling great. The only thing that I wasnt happy about was that a few of the packages leaked. I wish I figured that out before I was on my trip. Fortunately, I kept them in a Ziploc bag, so the mess was contained. Still, my fingers and feedbag got gooey and sticky every day. The good news is that it washes easily with water. Even with the leakers, I still give this 5 stars.

> 3 daySome flavors taste fake to people with good taste buds. Product is really just a mixture of things you cant pronounce, and probably dont want to stick in your body, but it works as intended, and makes my cycling trips go a lot better. TBH, you could probably drop a multivitamin, and a couple tablespoons of honey into a coffee mug and probably get the same effect, but then you have more dishes to wash and a higher chance of getting your car messy.
