> 3 dayProduct is as expected. Downloaded HBN app, plugged in plug, held one of front buttons down to go into pairing mode, followed app instructions and presto it works. Moving into Alexa app very easy as well! Recommended for the ease of set up for sure!!

> 3 dayI have my bedside lights controlled with these and all I have to do is tell Alexa to turn on the lights. I had the other one for my Christmas lights. They was easy to set up. Ive had no issues.

> 3 dayTook me all of 10 minutes to setup and most of that time was typing in device names and then deciding to switch the names between plugs. You simply download the Tuya app, connect to your wifi, push a button on the plug until the blue light flashes, follow Tuya prompts and you are connected. For Alexa, go to Skills, search for HBN Smart, Enable To Use, and enter Tuya account info. Done. Obviously there are Routines you can set in either Tuya or Alexa but if you have any experience with other smart devices, this will be easy as well. Highly recommend for ease of use. As an aside, the plugs themselves are relatively trim so they fit nicely in the outlet without interfering with other plugs.

> 3 dayThe available app does not work on the current version of Android OS. Luckily I had an old iPad and was able to connect to the plug using the HBN app on it. Buyer beware.

> 3 dayI couldnt figure out how to connect it to my phone and set it up, not user friendly, no instructions, but once its set up it works well. You need a tech friendly friend to set it up.

> 3 dayTwo of these for 20 dollars? Thats the deal of the century! I have to admit that I was a little skeptical over getting two of these devices for little to nothing, but Im glad I rolled the dice! The account setup and integration with Alexa was seamless. The only negative thing I have to remark on was that I never did (after several attempts and following the directions to the letter) get the auto-scan to discover the devices. I wound up adding it manually, but the first attempt at adding manually worked perfect. So now that complaint is completely irrelevant. I am using this device to control the nightstand lamps in my master bedroom, and this item is PERFECT for that application! With Alexa I can now control each nightstand separately or give the command to turn them off and on together with just a few words. George Jetson only wished he had one of these babies! Lol

> 3 dayThese work great and are exactly what I needed however set up instructions are very very vague and scheduling instructions. don’t really exists. Still trying to figure out how to delete a schedule. Difficulties 8 had were found to be human error, would have been easier to clearly written instructions.
