Didn’t fix all problems

I bought my desktop in 2014. It will slow down to the point where it takes hours just to make it usable again. I used HP, Windows and Norton tune-up tools. None of them worked like this does.

it is like a watch dog, protecting every aspect of my computer! completely protects my pcs. i have already recommended it to several friends and family members

System mechanic is not the same as it use to be, Ive been a customer for over 10 years, not anymore, it is now ran by crooks, first of all the one I got last year quit working right before the year was even up, the only thing that worked was the anti virus, now the one I get this year from iolos store on amazon, which I thought would be a disc, but is a activation code, everything works but the anti virus, I downloaded, used the code, did everything box/tutorial said, I call customer support, this dude that can barely speak or understand english, wants my order number from amazon, and tons of my unnecessary information, then he wants to do a remote session where he gets into my pc, I said Im not doing a remote set up, (dont trust it because of the poor service Ive had) dude says well because I bought it off amazon I dont have an account, that Ill have to pay 19.99 a month for tech support, and for $239 he can give me an extended version of professional version of system mechanic for 3 years, Im so glad I didnt let crook in my pc.

I purchased this directly from Dell, I put a customer service ticket in and was told I would get a response in 24 hours. It has been over 13 days. No response. Trying to call support and you are left on a dead line for over an hour. Had to give up. Without support, any software package is useless. Sorry I purchased this, it seems to run good but when you have a problem your out of luck.

This software should be classified as scare ware; I used to work for their premium partner and and they do things I thought could get me in legal trouble- when you call in for support because a mystery update has disabled your computer they will try to pass you to a Premium Support Partner who will swear it is viruses causing the problem when the program itself is the problem. It changes registry permissions such that only the Premium Support Partners will know how to fix it. You figure out the rest. And it is only randomly selected customers that get the mystery update.

My old Dell desk top with XP was just too slow to be useful. It was just too frustrating to use so I bought a new lap top. I have so much files and music on my desk top and really I was ready to take it to Staples to fix it AGAIN...but I saw this program. I figured better than spending about $200 to fix it. Best thing I did for my desk top computer for the cost...I did a total clean up and wow was I surprised how well my computer worked. I would say my PC is not perfect and I have to clean it up every few days, along with my virus scan but it was way worth the price. I can use it again on a regular basis. Just run the System Mechanic Total Care at night and Norton Scan and its good to go. One thing is you have to run it as the administrator if you have that on your system. Its not hard to learn.
