> 24 hourMaybe some of you are rich bachelors with 5,000 sq/ft mansions, if so go get your $2,000 monster speakers with a $3,000 receiver to match. The rest of us will LOVE this speaker set (paired with a nice $620 Yamaha receiver from Costco). This replaces a 16-year old surround sound system. The back channel speakers are phenomenal and the fronts blow away our movie watching and sports. The center channel was called “too small” in some reviews, but in my 9’ by 13’ sunroom/media room it is perfect and we get to skip the sub-titles now! We like the white cabinets and wood accents so we left the grey grills off. Either look you choose, you won’t be disappointed by the sound of these quality (yet affordable) speakers!

> 24 hourLook great/sound great. BUT they soak up the power. Definitely had to add a sub for my tastes.

> 24 hourSpeakers sound amazing and look great. I added some banana plugs to some wire so I could cut to size. Connected to an Onkyo receiver. Really impressed for the price. Definitely will want to get a sub to go with it. Had trouble finding a stand for the left side surround sound speaker but it still sounds good on the end table. They are heavy so you will need sturdy support.

> 24 hourI love these speakers. I have the 803s set up as a 2.1 channel sound bar in my front room and the 801s set up as a 2.1 channel on my computer with Aiyima amplifiers and mono price subs. I can’t believe how good these sound and the build quality is truly impressive. I’m not using the center channel but it seems like it is also of outstanding quality and value! I would give a million star review if I could! I really really would!

> 24 hourI bought the Jamo S 803 HCS based off feedback from online/video reviews. These definitely did not disappoint and I’m not sure you can get a better sounding surround set for the price. Buy these if your looking for a budget home theater set that sounds better than some higher priced sets from other manufacturers.

> 24 hourFor $200 (Left, and right front, center and left and right rear) I think I got a killer deal. It has the scooped signature sound I always liked. I never liked the overwhelming midrange. If you like that sound, these are not the speakers for you. The build quality seems better than the money spent. But you will need to buy a subwoofer. It does not have satisfying bass though. Jamo have a s810 that should work fine. It is a 10 inch sub and will work well in a medium to large room.

> 24 hourSound quality: 5/5 This Is my first entry into hifi speakers and I never knew what I was missing out on. I only have the font and center speakers set up at this moment and the quality difference is easily noticeable. I am not an audiophile so I cant point out any specific flaws in the sound but I cannot go back to using TV speakers anymore. There are a few reviews that say the center speaker could be better but I didnt feel a need to spend more money to upgrade it. Value wise you would be better off spending the extra money to add a subwoofer to this kit. Packaging: 5/5 - I was quite surprised at how well packaged the speakers were. Each speaker had plastic wrap and the Styrofoam padding was very sturdy and I dont see how the speakers could move/get damaged during transit. I didnt see any scratches at all on any of the speakers. The outer cardboard was also very thick compared to other electronic boxes. Excellent job Jamo. Value for Money: 10/5 For the price of $183, I dont know if there is any better deal for 5 speaker setup. In current times (2022) when inflation is hitting almost every item, I am glad to find a quality speaker setup for under $200. I loved these so much I just purchased the Jamo 12 inch subwoofer that was price reduced to $163. I will update this review once I connect the subwoofer.

> 24 hourThe price for this small 5 speaker set cannot be beat for the quality of sound. I immediately recommended this to friends and family if they were in the market for a sound system.

> 24 hourThese speakers are my first hifi speakers and I couldnt be happier. For the price you just cant beat it at all. Just need to add a subwoofer for the perfect setup. I added a Polk psw10. They look amazing. With or without the grills. The front bookshelf speakers pack a punch for 5in woofers. They handle quite well at high volume for extended periods of time as well. Didnt know speakers that small can sound like big floor speakers. The all-around sound is fantastic. Im hearing music much clearer than I ever have before. The soundstage puts you in the room with the artist your listening to. A good example is listening to Alice in chains unplugged , you feel like your actually there. Im definitely no audiophile but hot damn these speakers are awesome. Totally worth the price.
