These scissors replaced an old worn out thread scissors and I could not be happier with my selection! They have a micro serrated blade and easily hold the fabric/thread to cut cleanly and smoothly. Large finger grips make it easy to put down and not grab onto my fingers. I definitely recommend these scissors.

Great for appliqué

I cant say enough positive things about these scissors. I use them to trim pom-poms and fabric and theyre just great because the blade is very sharp, which makes it cutting an easy breeze. Theyre easy to handle and the handles are very comfortable. Perfect for the crafter who works with thick fabric, yarn, etc., but Im guessing theyd work just as well with paper, cardboard, etc. Highly (!) recommended.

The protective sheath was missing, other than that they are good scissors.
