> 3 daySetting up was a little difficult because the device wouldnt find the WiFi from my phone. I ended up switching my wifi router to manual channel selection on the 2.4ghz. Once I did this, I had to relogin to my wifi on my phone, but it worked to get the kasa plugs connected. Once that was was figured out, it was off to the races easily assigning plugs and connecting them to Alexa.

> 3 dayI use several Kasa TP-link products, they are excellent and reliable. The only limitations of this product are: it is not possible to control the switching off or on of the whole strip, but only of the 3 sockets, unfortunately not even the two usb can be managed to be switched on or off.

> 3 dayThe product is great, the plugs do exactly what I want them to do and the product seems to be 10/10 quality. The only disappointing factor was the USB ports. They work great and emit a lot of power, but they’re NOT smart ports. I have these USB powered lights and I was hoping to use those as smart ports but I had to plug the usb into a cube into the plug socket. Overall great product just with a missing feature in my opinion.

> 3 dayThis is the second Kasa power strip Ive gotten and they have simplified my home so much. I have them set on timers for specific plugs which makes it one less thing I need to think about. Ive been slowly integrating these types of products into my home, the Kasa smart bulbs are wonderful as well. Easy to set up and easy to use within the Kasa app.

> 3 dayFor anyone having trouble with setup, make sure your phone is connected to the 2.4 GHz band Wi-Fi on your router. If youre connected to the 5 GHz band, just turn off the Auto connect of that band in your phone settings and it should disconnect. Then connect to the 2.4 and turn auto-connect ON. Just follow the instructions in the app and it only takes a minute to connect. You can then connect back to 5 GHz and control it normally. You only need 2.4 for the setup. After setup you can then setup and control each plug separately, and youre good to go.

Greater than one weekIts great that I can set it to only have one outlet on instead of the whole thing. And I can have Alexa turn each one on and off or I can do it manually. The lights are a bit too bright for having it in my bedroom. It would be nice if they were dimmer or there were a way to adjust the brightness of them. And it would be nice if the charging ports could also be turned off and on. I mean, I seriously dont need them to be on all the time. Ive considered putting a smartplug at my wall outlet to turn the whole thing off LOL And the cord could be at least a foot longer. So those things are all that keep it from getting 5 stars from me. Hopefully this review will inspire a few tweeks for future models :)

> 3 dayBest for using multiple smart devices and controlling it with one switch. Works perfectly but makes a loud click sound every time you turn a device on or off.

> 3 dayI have purchased many Kasa smart products and have enjoyed them all. I have found them to be very reliable until now. Last night my power strip appears to have shorted out in the middle of the night. The lamp and other devices that were plugged in to the powership began flickering on and off and now the power ship is making a hissing noise. This is extremely inconvenient because it was at 2:00 a.m. and I couldnt control my lights and the power strip was behind a nightstand. I will say the other smart power ships that I have bought from the same company have all worked extremely well and Ive not had any issues. Im hoping that this issue is a complete one-off and that the others continue to work without issue
