Greater than one weekSolid, reliable, great company reputation, outstanding products... but when used in the wide mode, that dark spot is horrible. Blocking view of the subject in front of you. Only way to use this flashlight is on the spot mode, but that kind of defeats my purpose of buying. 3 stars based on the body build itself. Cannot recommend this product.

> 3 dayI bought 2 of these for gifts. I bought them in a rush and really wish I had shopped longer. These are ok lights but very heavy and there are so many other great lights out now. I wont buy Maglites again..will go with different brand.
