I talked to someone in Malwarebytes customer service and he gave me instructions that did not work. I finally had to work with people from both McAfee and Adobe to get the infection entirely removed. The real annoyance started when I decided not to renew my subscription and not to upgrade. I got an ad from them appearing on the screen about every hour. Closing the ad only makes it disappear for about 1 hour . I get more than 5 ads a day.
