I ordered the unlimited licenses feature, however, when I went to redeem it said it was good for only 10 licenses. Either Amazon sent me the wrong product, or McAfee has a funny definition of unlimited. Sadly, as my protection was about to expire, I didnt have the ability to challenge it and return the product for an actual unlimited license. Not happy.

This is to replace one I bought and didnt work ... thank you for sending it out so promptly... however the one I ordered originally was a 15 month subscription and this new one is a 12 month subscription. Bummed ... the other thing I didnt like was that it asked for a card number. I dont like putting it online and I prefer to buy them individually.

Although i had last years version, i was forces to erase and then down load an entire new version of the software. They should have a method of just updating the earlier version without having to waste time down loading a new version. That is why i gave it 3 stars instead of 5

Okay, I bought this software to use, and it was advertised with several features. What is not plain, is that you have to SUBSCRIBE for it to renew, before it will allow you to use some of the features of the software. Yeah, kind of bordering on false advertising. The reason for a low rating is because of that. If I buy software, it should work completely as advertised. I (and probably a lot of users) do not like being forced to subscribe. If at the end of the year I like the performance of the software, I will buy it again. perhaps the marketing department of the software company should really think about the bad publicity concerning this tactic. In fact, that is the reason I discontinued the use of another well know virus software. Very disappointed that McAfee has such little confidence in their product that they have to resort to this method, so that their customers can use the full features of their software.

I have preferred McAfee for some time, our company uses their Enterprise version, and resource consumption has always seemed less with McAfee products VS N other big-name AV products. I had the 5 device subscription last year, but with the increased number of phones, tablets and laptops in the house, it just seemed the way to go. Worked exactly as described, was able add this as a subscription to my current McAfee account, and after a quick call to the vendor they confirmed that, as long as I purchase the Unlimited subscription next year I can just enter the code to extend. I bought this key two months before my prior sub was up, and McAfee cancelled my active sub for me and tacked the extra two months on to my Unlimited subscription, so I didnt lose any value! Fantastic!!!
