> 24 hourI try to on a whole chicken in the middle of the kettle with the charcoal around the outside of it, put plenty of charcoal because I cook mine for over two hours so a little more charcoal around the outside of this vortex would’ve cooked it a little faster but it did a good job keep it from burning.
