I like the looks of this towel rack. If you can get one of the supports on top of a stud do it…it will really add strength. If you use the wall screw anchors that came with the towel bar screw it in tight. The further you screw the screw in the anchor the more the anchor spreads out to give security.

Quality product. Easy to install. Comes with a template. Really nice.

I ended up sending it back. Without any swivel action, if one of the kids decides to pull the towel off of the ring to dry their hands, with out any give, if it snags the fixture could rip off the wall. Accident waiting to happen in my house! Also, It sticks out quite a bit more than most hand towel fixtures (3.75 off of the wall). Regarding finish... I would call the finish a worn oil rubbed bronze vs. the oil rubbed bronze without any wear markings.

This paper holder is great because it is not spring loaded. Just lift the bar up and slide the toilet paper on and push the bar down. Wonderful!

Heavy duty, well built, easy installation. Nice to know it will hold a roll in a convenient location for its intended purposes. Of course, I guess you have to mount in a convenient location. Wouldnt do any good mounted across the room juuuust a tad out of reach where you have to lift your bum off the seat.....

Beautiful! Elegant look and just right for hanging a towel or robe next to the shower! Love the brushed nickel finish, so pretty!

Bought it in February 2016, and it has broken. Nothing has hit or caused damage - it just broke off one day. The ring detached from the base, just behind the little ball at the top of the ring. The base is now stuck to the wall, even though the set screw is out. Something seems to have broken inside the base that is preventing the base from coming off the wall even with no set screw. There does not appear to be any way to get this thing off the wall without causing damage to the drywall. I am disappointed because now Im stuck with a nub on my wall that wont hold a towel, and wont come off. I gave it 2 stars, because prior to breaking, it was pretty and felt sturdy - not cheap and flimsy or wiggly like some can. I only wish they had one that circled each direction for purposes of placing one on either side of the sink. And that it hadnt broken on the inside.

I was so surprised on the quality of this bathroom fixture, hard to find this kind of quality anymore. I wish I would have got this collection for my master bath instead of pottery barn. It’s a shame this is for our half bath hallway bathroom, because it’s to nice to barely be seen!

It is difficult to keep level while installing. We finally figured out that we needed to install one side and then level it to drill the other holes--itd be nice if the instructions suggested that--and/or had a template to use as they do for the towel rods. However, it is very attractive and does just what we need it to--and is much nicer looking than keeping bottles on the tub ledge.
