> 3 dayWhen I first opened the box and saw the CD-rom, I was not sure what to expect as to relevance and current content. After reading the reviews, I thought that maybe it would not work. However, the content was organized as to Home or Business forms. The interview process was very through and well thought. And after my first quitclaim deed, more than worth every dime spent. I would purchase again. Installation was eazy-peezy!

> 3 dayEvery time I need to use the program I have to create a new user. All users you create are present but cannot access them. Even if you did not assign a password for the user it still ask you for it and result in wrong password entered. It is good software for home and business but you have to create a new user every time you need to use it. Also you cannot access the online service as it shows in the included in the picture.

11-06-2025The disk did not work. The download charged an additional fee. The customer service costs per minute. Worthless purchase, would definitely not recommend!

> 3 dayI’m giving this a rating of one because the advertising is misleading. I purchased this software program years ago and I thought I was buying an updated version. I attempted to read the details in the description as best I could. I did note that the details listed this after has been discontinued however, I also see on the box that it is Windows 10 compatible. The software copyright expired in 2010 when there was no windows 10 available. The fact that they have mislead the buyer into believing the software is new by using the reference to windows 10 is shady. The bottom line is I just paid $40 for software that I already have. My biggest concern is that I am using legal, state specific software that is almost 20 years old so how can I feel comfortable knowing that the information they are using is anywhere near still credible and mostly legal? Caveat emptor!
