Have written a promissory note and a real estate purchase agreement. Easy to navigate

Software does what it says, but be forewarned -- the copywrite date on the program is 2006 (Help, About). Help >> Update does nothing, as there is no longer a database to update from. For a Will, it gives me a general outline of what a Will should be, but warns that this is NOT suitable for anyone with an Estate above the Federal Estate limit ($2,000,000). For 2021 that number is now $11.7 million, so that leads me to question its overall accuracy. POA, same thing... general outline appears good, but now I question how valid the printed version will be. So end result, I recommend this for the purpose of getting an idea of the layout, appearance and functionality of the Forms. But I will not feel comfortable using the outputted forms for any serious issues (Will, POA, Healthcare Directive are what I wanted it for). But it does have a wide range of forms to peruse. And gives me an idea of other forms I may need - Bill of Sale, and others.

Used for simple legal forms ! Works pretty well !

Not a great program, but its OK. I already had a program similar to this one, and wanted more.

The program is great with practically any legal forms, which are customizable, to help us with family or small business legal issues. The online support that is supposed to come with the program doesnt function as it was designed to. However, the program is sufficient without it.

Buyers Beware...This product and CD will not upload....Ive had 2 sent to me....Amazon should take actions against this company

A good selection of Items to choose from. A lot of the same items as whats in the Smart Business Pack, but more geared towards Legal assistance.

The program is too rigid with very limited capability to modify the document. The dictionary has very limited s earch capability.

It appears they have the details that I need to design my real estate contracts. And has the flexibility to give me what I want.

This package is an older version of this program and although an instruction sheet was enclosed about updating and upgrading, the company will do neither. Unless you pay for an upgrade that is!! I didnt know when I purchased this program that it was the older version, 2006 version, but that may be because I didnt read the fine print. Anyway, I am not happy with this purchase. The first time I have not been satisfied with an Amazon purchase. I have installed the program and although I am using Windows 7 and Avanquest was supposed to send me an update (which they have not done), the program seems to be working fairly well. Only one or two small qliches so far. I like the program, but the distributor - Avanquest - should not insert flyers that they will upgrade the product unless they plan on doing so.
