Necoichi Cozy Cat Scratcher Bowl, 100% Recycled Paper, Chemical-Free Materials (Bowl (Oak), XL)

This is the type of lounger / bed that I believe every cat owner is looking for - my cat is rather picky, but loves bowl type beds and relaxers and this one is just the best ever! She sleeps and sits in it a lot. It is perfect size - she is 9-10 pounds, but my boy cat (past away last year) would fit great in here and he was 16 pounds - he liked tight fits though too - might be pushing it for some cats that size. I would buy one for each of my cats because I know they would all be in one at all times - I happen to just have my one cat now and love pleasing her with a comfy spot!

Weve been fans of the Necoichi beds since 2017. Our original lighter-colored bowl has been well-loved and has not needed a refill. While I originally balked at the cost, I can say these beds have been worth every penny. Both my cats enjoy scratching them, but theyre mainly used for sleeping. I recently ordered this darker one to match the wood in my new bathroom, not realizing how beautifully it would also match one of my cats! The outside is cardboard as well, so Im being careful not to get it wet. The only downside is that sometimes the cats prefer their Necoichi beds to being with me!

Trying to give my cats a place to rest instead of on the couch. Seems to be working. They love them. And the hair collects on the top and its easy to clean. Much better than the scratch post that just collected litter around the base and looked messy.

As soon as I unpacked it, my kitty found it and loves it. Buying a second one!

My three adult cats have been loving this thing since the moment I took it out of the box. :) I do wish it were less expensive, but at the same time, it looks great (even though its completely made of paper, the wood texture is a printed pattern) and theyve been scratching the hell out of the inner cardboard, but I cant even tell theyve done anything to it. Very sturdy! I think this bad boy is going to last a long time, so Im definitely considering getting another one so they dont have to fight over it :P EDIT: Ended up getting a second one, lol.

My cat, Pumpkin aka Pumplion aka Pumpmonster aka Pumpy, loves this bow/bed. It’s sturdy, it’s cute, it looks like it will last a long time. Pepper the other cat likes it too but he doesn’t sleep in it. He sleeps on the bed. Pumpy likes everything cardboard so this is his home now. If he’s happy, I’m happy. If your cat likes scratching cardbox stuff, he would love this! I’m now thinking of getting another one for Pepper...

By far the most used item Ive ever purchased for my cat! He absolutely loves to sit on it, sleep in it, scratch on it, play on it, get brushed there... I dont think hed ever leave if he could help it. Bought this bed for him after noticing he liked to sit on the corrugated cardboard in the center of his turbo track toy and it was a great instinct! Whats more, the bed is quite nicely made, and I would imagine it looks great in almost any home environment. 10/10 on this one! Thank you necoichi for the fantastic product.

Excellent cat scratcher and super easy to assemble! Kitties take turns being in the top or bottom bowls, with lots of shenanigans in between. They really enjoy the contours, which suit the furbies well enough to nap in. Well designed, sturdy and aesthetically quite nice for corrugate construction. Quality item - very pleased and pawsitively endorsed by the most discerning of critics - two rambunctious tabbies!

My cat took about 3 to 4 days before she would lay in it. Now she sleeps there most of the time, she is 16pd cat she fits in it perfectly.

There are some things that are really great about this - the fact that you can replace the interior bowl insert is the best. I was a little disappointed that the exterior wasnt more attractive and a bit sturdier. After reading the description more carefully, I can see that it doesnt say it has a wood veneer exterior, but I had thought that it did have a bamboo veneer. Instead its just a fake wood pattern pasted onto a thick cardboard, and the edge is all dinged and scuffed, and it looks much cheaper and fake than in the pictures. I was happy to pay 30-ish$ for a permanent wooden bowl with replaceable inserts, but less so to pay so much for something much more easily damaged and more likely to require replacement itself. Im saving it for a christmas present, so I havent given it to my fellow yet, but Im sure it wont matter to him, hell love it anyway!
