It’s nice looking even though the outside looks like wood but it’s not. My cats are passionate about their rectangular scratchers but won’t use this. I made a heavy investment by also buying replacement fillers. The joke is on me. I’ve sprayed catnip on it multiple times and they come over to sniff and do a trial scratch but no more than than that. I now have a beautiful piece of sculpture.

20# Hemingway fits perfectly and was using it as soon as it was assembled. Get the largest size if you have large breed cats. Easy to put together.

My cat loves this thing! She used to have a old taco truck that was very big and was coming apart from her shredding it so much, so we decided to class it up. She loves getting in the top part and looking out of her window but sometimes lies in the bottom as well. She really doesn’t scratch it that much, she still uses an old scratcher, so I think we’ll get a long life out of this one. It’s definitely pricey but it’s pretty sturdy and she fits perfectly in the little bowls. I also like the idea that if she does decide to start scratching them I can replace them. This was also the better price that I found as opposed to other stores.

The interior part came apart , when I slightly touched it. Unfortunately my cat didn’t get a chance to use this a long time . However I like that it is earth friendly and that a pillow can be placed inside it ( I had a hard time finding the pillow that is advertised on the label of the bowl, so I never got a chance to buy it while my pet was still here alive on earth ) .

Our cats LOVE these beds, and they look great with our mid-century modern decor. We have four cats and purchased one bed. How ridiculous of me. I should have known that the other 47 cat beds in our house would be of no interest to our cats when this one arrived. A day later I ordered a second one. There is peace in our house now. Both beds are in a rotation among the four cats...someone is always sleeping in one. Love this bed!

The wood color is very beautiful and attractive, and its size is large enough that my 15lbs cat finally has a large enough scratching post. Cat loves it so much!

I love Nechoichi products for cats because their design is superior and elegant. This scratcher is not a bed but a scratcher. My cat likes it and it looks lovely but she lost interest in scratching in it quite quickly. It now sits elegantly in the corner of the room and barely used except to take her small fluffy ball into it.She has gone back to her old cheap flat scratcher and continues vigorously to scratch on it.

My cats love it. They scratch and use it to lay in.

My cat have been in the bed since he got it. He absolutely love it. He is a big boy, 20 lbs. I give it 5 stars.
