> 3 dayFirst no phone help desk, second I install the program from the disk had to update the program no problem then i look at the FAQs they havent been updated since 2019 two years old, the drive I purchased to up grade is SK Hynix Gold P31 SSD 1Gig...It wont clone to it. My recommendation is to pass this program up as it looks like it was written 30ys ago with install screens from windows 3.1...pass this up I found the Manufacture has cloning software for free this is program is not needed and a waste of money...

> 3 dayNOT easy to use and simply does not work opposite of the claim in their ads. The program installs easy and then takes over the computer windows startup and immediately walls off your data with no way to get to it since the computer no longer has windows and cannot boot normally. And the only fix is to delete all data by reinstalling Windows again. There is no customer service.

Greater than one weekEasy to install and use. Cloned a 250GB SSD to a 500GB SSD with out a problem. Instructions on process could have been a little better. Would highly recommend.

Greater than one weekI cant even give this atrocious product a point of one star-thats how bad I consider it to be. I have a small laptop about a year old with Windows 10 installed that is up-to-date. I was hoping to use this thing to help me clone my laptops ssd to another ssd. First, I had some problems installing the software. Then, after execution, its interface appeared showing both drives seemingly normal. Well, what happens next, Oh, the horror. I was no longer able to boot into Windows. After talking with tech support and getting nowhere, I found a solution on my own and was finally able to get to the Windows desktop. Do yourself a favor and avoid this horrible product.

> 3 dayThe software did exactly what I needed. Cloned Windows 7 Pro from a larger HDD to a smaller SSD. I used an external two bay USB Cloning/Drive dock. The dock will not clone from larger drive to smaller drive because it cant resize partitions, etc. The software worked perfectly for me.

> 3 dayI ordered the hard drive and cable separate but you need software to clone. It is not provided. I read the reviews on several but purchased NTI Echo. It installed, I entered product key and followed directions. I was nervous about trying it but you have nothing to worry about. It works seamlessly and absolutely NO issues. Installed new drive (50% smaller than original) and laptop it boots and runs like new. Did not rate Tech support as I doubt anyone would need help. 5 stars!
