I was hoping to use this thing to help me clone my laptops ssd to another ssd. First, I had some problems installing the software. Then, after execution, its interface appeared showing both drives seemingly normal. Well, what happens next, Oh, the horror. I was no longer able to boot into Windows. After talking with tech support and getting nowhere, I found a solution on my own and was finally able to get to the Windows desktop. Do yourself a favor and avoid this horrible product.

> 3 dayI wanted to clone a ssd to another ssd. I ordered the pack with cable. When it arrived, the cable was for a 2.5 inch card, and my drives were both .8 inch. So the cable did not work. I decided to clone to a samsung backdrive and then change drives in the laptop. First I got a message that the disk was encrypted with bitlocker. I only have the home version of win 10 and it does not support bitlocker, so I fooled with that for a while. then the next error was that I had to disable intel memory optane. I am not sure that I have it, but I did read that if it is disabled, I would loose anything in it. I finally bought Easeus and it worked flawlessly. When I wrote and explained all of this to NTI, I asked for a refund if I returned and strangely they never answered. Do Not Buy This software. I never got it to work, and could not get a refund. Bye Bye $25.00
