One must question the trace mineral values we receive from the food we receive from depleted soils. With this zinc supplement, I must submit the cause correlation thing. Since I have been taking this supplement, I have been sleeping better. Is this the zinc, or because sunrise is at 5am and the dogs are rousing me earlier each day? Seems as though sleep improved prior to the earlier mornings.
