Zinc is great for so many things and Ive noticed this helps me from getting sick, clears up my face, and helps with my hair and lashes. Theyre super easy to swallow. I take three at a time every day.

I heard ADD & ADHD people often have copper overload and since ceruplasmin is rarely tested in patients without a family history of Wilsons disease an imbalance could easily go undetected. Vegetarian diets tend to be heavy in copper and lower in bioavailable zinc... since Cu & Zn compete for absorption this tends to lead to a Cu excess & Zn deficiency. I started taking this after hearing and reading about the Walsh Protocol and I believe it has made a vast improvement in my ADD and helped to keep. yeast infections at bay.

Easy to swallow! No taste or warmth. I was encouraged to take it to build up my resistance to viruses like Covid. I wasn’t taking any prior to this, so I thought “why not?” It’s also inexpensive.

I like this pills, it really works for me . I dont taking them permanently but when I need them I go for this brand.

You can feel you are taking zinc while taking the oxide i dont feel strong.

I have been using supplements from this manufacturer for years. They make products that are not stuffed with unnecessary fillers. Worth the price.
