Was trying to re-erect an old win 7 computer. The auto run file could not run or was corrupt.

Im an experienced software/hardware tech. Ive been working professionally with various OS and networks since the 80s. A relative had a running CPU where Windows 7 was glitchy and had some pretty annoying issues. I used the disk for a quick fix to to get things back in shape because the user didnt want to upgrade from Win7. It was a disaster. After running the CD and going through all of the repair options the CPU wouldnt even boot independently and crashed over and over. I was so frustrated and annoyed that we bought a new CPU with WIN10 just to be done with it.

Desperate to retrieve my pc,I bought this. Didnt work and I tried contacting these folks to be fair. Never got a response. You get what you pay for. Just give up hope of restoring a dino pc and buy a new one. Theres several refurbished pcs to buy with up to date operating systems. Luckily I was able to replace mine .

I was trying to reinstall windows 7 in a laptop. This was not that disk. This disk is a repair disk.

In the hope that it will work till it starts to install the windows. At the beginning, all the hard disks can be detected by the computer. After some time for the installing, it pops up an error message can not be installed. The I restarted the computer, then all the hard disks can not be found or detected.

Product claims to reinstall Windows.... It doesnt do anything useful at all.

Recover, Restore, Repair Boot Disc but when you get the disk there is a description on it that says This disk will NOT restore your Windows to factory default settings. It also says if you have issues please email us, please contact us first before leaving negative feedback. Well I emailed them four times and never got a response. My last email said if I didnt hear from them I would leave feedback, another week has past and no response. After reading the wont do disclaimer on the disk package I didnt bother to open it.
