> 3 dayIt was straightforward in saying what it would do and not do and it fixed my computer in about 20 minutes. I havent done many reviews, but this really was worth it to me to let some know that this disc can bring a computer back to life. Give it a try, follow directions and after its inserted, just do a restart and the disc will do the rest. Good Luck!

Greater than one weekIm an experienced software/hardware tech. Ive been working professionally with various OS and networks since the 80s. A relative had a running CPU where Windows 7 was glitchy and had some pretty annoying issues. I used the disk for a quick fix to to get things back in shape because the user didnt want to upgrade from Win7. It was a disaster. After running the CD and going through all of the repair options the CPU wouldnt even boot independently and crashed over and over. I was so frustrated and annoyed that we bought a new CPU with WIN10 just to be done with it.

The listing clearly says it can restore to factory settings, and then the CD case that it comes with has a note that says, this amazon listing clearly says that we do not reinstall windows like what. dont waste your time. it wont restore to factory settings. im pissed i wasted my time over this dumb thing

> 3 dayAfter I ordered this I had mixed feelings because I was reading some bad reviews..But let me tell you, this it does exactly what its supposed to do no it does not re install windows..what it does do is it fixes all your internal errors that your computer is having due to mixed up/missing files it made my girlfriends computer which was completely bogged down and took 20 minutes to load a page run like its brand new again... and i received it in 2 days!! Great thank you
