worthless. Worse than that, they promised to return my modest investment and I have yet to receive it after twice on the phone with them Sheesh, Back to square one after months. :(

I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought this disc. It does not reinstall, fix or restore windows 7. It is a waste of time and money and I echo what all the other negative reviews said. They advertise it as a reinstall then send a card stating they don’t advertise it as such. Wonder how many people they have made money off of fraudulently with this scam. DON’T BUY THIS ITEM!!! It does not work!!!

First, it doesn’t work. Second, there’s zero support. When this product failed to get my Win7 OS back up and running, I emailed them and provided a detailed description of the problem, what I did step-by-step and all of the resulting screen messages. They claim quick turnaround, but days passed, and I never have received a reply! Bottom line: hype aside, this software simply is worthless.

I needed a windows 7 reinstall disk...This disk cannot do that.

I was able to fix my Windows 7. I did lose all my pictures, movies, ect. But it restored my Windows 7. So to the fact that if lost all my stuff... cant get it back I dont think. Also since I did lose everything I went ahead and upgraded to Windows 10. So the total cost of me restoring my laptop and upgrading the operating system cost me about $8. You can download Windows 10 for free. Just look around and youll find a free download of Windows 10. Then look around for working keys.

Not sure what it was supposed to do, but its been stuck in this screen for two days. I cant even get it to boot up so that I can try recovery/format/backup. And I also found out that it DOES NOT HAVE WINDOWS 7 to reinstall or recover with your machines Microsoft product code. So Im still gonna have to figure out a way to install an operating system if I can ever get it to boot up.

Product would not work on the lab top computer.

I was able to fix my computer in 5 minutes. Its wasnt booting right, and Voila.
