> 3 dayIt is easy to say that this is the best case ever made, but this case does not fit every need, however, it will fit most needs. If your looking for a simple, well-made durable case this is it. Since it was designed by the makers of the Raspberry Pi the fit is perfect. There are five parts that snap together tightly without the need for any tools. If you’re just using your Pi with a monitor, keyboard and mouse this a nice-looking case to have sitting on your desk. If you’re prototyping, then just pop the top off or the side plate to access the GPIO pins. The light pipes for the LEDs only line up with a Raspberry Pi 3. The other Pi models will fit into the case, but the LEDs will not be visible. This case will not work with HATs nor can you put a display on top of it without removing most or all the case. It is mainly designed to be used with jut the Pi or with cables or wires connected through the top or the side. Overall, this is a great case with a perfect fit, easy to assemble and reassemble while prototyping and it looks great in your workspace!

> 3 dayThis this is built like a tank. It is the official case for the raspberry pi3 as well. It comes pre-assembled. Which probably helps it survive shipping. It came in a plastic bag with no instructions. Took me ten seconds to figure out how to disassemble it. Though I had watched a video that covered this case awhile back. That might have helped. The pi snapped securely into the base. Then it was just a matter of putting everything back together. Which went really well. This case is built for any possible usage scenario (except extreme conditions, it isnt liquid or fireproof I think). It is the go to if you are not for sure what the board that goes in it is going to be used for. The top comes off, the sides come off, and even the inner shells top can be taken off without fear of the pi coming loose from the bottom. It is in the mid price range for these cases. It isnt as cheap as possible. Those cases can be good to and just as durable. There usefulness is a lot more limited though. As each one tends to be designed to fit only a extreme sub-set of usage scenarios. It is very fancy looking. More expensive cases again are more fancy looking. Then again, they also tend to be designed to be put to use for a specific task. What this case has going for it is looks and versatility. I am not a fan of the color scheme and I absolutely detest company logos on the products I buy. I have taken a shine to this case though. The logo and color scheme is fitting. It is the official case for the line of products that are to go in it.

> 3 dayI am quite impressed by the quality of this case. It fits the raspberry pi 3 perfectly, and has a ton of details that I wasnt expecting. From the labeling of the ports, to the rubber mounting feet, and even a place for the leds to shine through, this is a well designed case. Im sure there are better cases out there, but in the <10 buck range Im quite impressed. My only complaint is that it only comes in two color variations.

> 3 dayFits the Pi perfectly as intended, and feels pretty sturdy for its price. The case is easy to assemble and disassemble. You do have to manually cut the tiny rubber feet that stick to the underside, but a hole punch should do the trick. Overall, very impressed for the value per dollar, would recommend to anyone looking for a low cost case for their Pi.

> 3 dayCase is sturdy and fits the board perfectly. Breaks down into several pieces that easily snap back together. Pieces can be added or removed to accommodate peripherals.

Greater than one weekPerfect case for the Raspberry Pi 3. The board sits nicely within the case without any needed mounting hardware. I love that you can remove to top to show off the hardware.

> 3 dayThe case is really nice. Especially nice is the fact that the top and two side panels snap off, so it lets you hook up to the GPIO, LCD, and camera connectors if needed. The board fits in really well. And, it looks really good - in my personal opinion.

> 3 dayI am happy with the case and the modular nature makes it very functional in any configuration I can imagine. And it looks good too.

> 3 dayIm giving it 4 stars only because my pi heats up whenever i enclose it entirely! But the case is well made, just hope it had more vents for air flow!

> 3 dayCase fits the Pi really well and is nicely modular. Production quality seems hit-or-miss. I have 3 of these cases and the side panels rattle on 2 of them. I have a RetroPie arcade setup housed in one, and its sufficiently protected and attractive to leave laying out in front of the TV.
