Raspberry Pi RASPBERRY-PI3-CASE Official Raspberry Pi 3 Case, Red/White

Previously, I erroneously wrote that the case does not close with a microSD inserted in the Raspberry. Actually, the case is perfect.

Works great! Does exactly what we needed it to do. My teenage son hooked this up to our television and now were able to receive all the shows we were missing.

Great Pi case, easy to assemble and holds the pi board securely. I like the modular aspect of it and I think it looks pretty sharp. Will buy again for my next Pi project.

This case is very well made, very sturdy, and fits the Raspberry Pi 3 very well. The case is fairly light, but still feels strong. I like how the case pieces together, so you dont have to have all pieces on it if you dont want or need to. Overall, great case in great colors.

The quality of this case is what one would expect for its price. Its solid material and wont break/crack on impact if dropping onto a hard surface. All the pieces fit perfectly and have a solid click upon constructing it. My gripe is the side panel on the power/HDMI side was not built properly. The HDMI cable Im using (Amazon brand) does not go in all the way into my Raspberry Pie with the panel on. I had to remove the panel for the cable to connect. Overall, the case is decent and the side panel isnt a huge deal but Id recommend spending money on a nicer case.

Great case. Very sturdy, and I love the colors. The red really stands out, even with the white case. The side panels remove pretty easily (which may be a good or bad thing depending on what you are looking for) but my main complaint is the lack of ventilation of any kind. I picked this up for a retropie build and found that while in use, I typically need to keep the top cover off to help dissipate heat.

This case is very sturdy, much more than I anticipated. I liked the sporty look of it for a retropie box, and Im very pleased with it. Everything lines up perfectly and it feels like it will really protect the pi.

Theres not much to write, as it is just a case, but I do like how it looks and the build quality is quite good (Which is what I would expect for a first party product).

I have tried a few cases (some 2x as expensive as this) and this one is honestly hard to beat. Has smallest footprint possible, has rubber nubs on bottom to prevent sliding around, is accurately machined, and the panels all snap off easily for access.

Sturdy plastic with a firm snap together. Also takes paint really well.
