> 3 dayMy daughters HP computer was used (given from a friend) so we wiped it. It randomly shut off and every time we went to log in the screen went white and we weren’t able to do anything. When I put this disk in, it immediately started working. I think it took like an hour or so to reboot, but was perfect ever since! It’s been about 3 months now and everything is still good to go! :)

> 3 dayIt took a few tries for my laptop to pick up the media for some reason. I tried both UEFI and BIOS a couple times, and finally on the third BIOS try it picked it up.

> 3 dayProduct repaired windows but set it up as a knock off Windows, backed up all old files and the next day all old files were deleted. Hoping this wasnt an attempt to hack, but loosing my files most of which were photos and videos of my sons early years, was very disappointing and frustrating. Was also not given any contact information to reach out for assistance or advice. Would not recommend, instead suggest contacting Windows Microsoft instead. Will not be using ever again.

> 3 dayIt did work.Got my lap top working. But it kept giving me problems for the computer to accept the software. Finally it did. Took me several days to get the computer to boot up with the new OS system windows 10

> 3 dayI used this to wipe my pc clean and install windows 10 pro 64 bit. Just skip the cd key option and disregard later during windows 10 set up.

> 3 dayI just got done submitting a review for a windows 8.1 install/repair disk that DOES NOT work as expected, so I suppose I should point out that this one does. You should understand how to set the boot sequence on your computer or how to get it to boot from CD/DVD and know the difference between an OS upgrade and a clean install. This disk will let you do either, or repair an existing installation that no longer boots properly.
