> 3 dayVery good quality. Used these for years. Ive only used Shimano brand cleats. So Im unable to compare other brands. They are a few more dollars than other brands. I would recommend cleat covers to extend the life if you find yourself having to walk around with your cycling shoes on. Also, its less noisy with the covers. A cleat saver when I had a mechanical issue in which I had to walk a few miles to the car. The cleats do hold up well if you have to walk around.
