> 3 dayThese are the same standard cleats as came with my Shimano pedals. My main dislikes are that theyre rather expensive for molded plastic, and the yellow side tabs are very small -- so they wear easily and arent great for walking. I dont enjoy carrying around and attaching/detaching cleat covers. $10 would be much more reasonable, and then I wouldnt bother with the covers.

13-06-2025Ive ridden the red, yellow, and blue cleat. Of all the cleats the yellow tends to be the most forgiving on the knees, and after long rides your body will thank you! Sure youre not going to be as efficient as you would be if you were putting 100% of your power down, but be realistic... do you really think youre putting out Sagan-like numbers? I wouldnt recommend any of the other colors unless youve been professionally fit, its far too much of a risk of causing some real damage to your joints.
