Upgrading to cleats and clip pedals has been a wonderful improvement to recreational riding. Would recommend for anyone starting out with cleats like I was.

> 3 dayGood cleats, would give it five stars but they are very difficult to clip out when new. If you are new to clips, this could lead to a fall. But, everyone falls at least once when they first start using clips so just get it over with!

> 3 dayThese cleats are perfect. Shimano has the best clipless systems bar none. Large platform prevents hot foot, ease of clipping in is unsurpassed. Minor float is knee friendly.

12-06-2025Yes, part was RED, NO it was NOT the correct part as it had play. I use 0° cleats, unfortunatelly, these were installed on shoes I took overseas, so upset, I un-installed cleats and threw them away
